Louisiana's Largest AM Radio Broadcasting Company...is now expanding to FM!  Welcome Spotlight Broadcasting's WABL to 97.3 FM in Tangipahoa Parish.

 

Spotlight Broadcasting, LLC was founded by Patrick M. Andras in 1999.
In the past 12 years, Spotlight has grown into Louisiana's largest AM radio broadcasting company and now on FM. The flagship station is KMRC 1430 AM in Morgan City, Louisiana.

In 2001, Andras expanded into the Northshore area of New Orleans with the acquisition of WABL 1570 AM. In 2011, WABL is now rebroadcasting on 97.3 FM. 

 KAGY 1510 AM was brought into the family in December 2002, completing the intensive coverage of the New Orleans market. This is and has been a constant vision for Mr. Andras. Over a cup of coffee one day, he stated: "We understand the issues, opportunities and the unique climate that we face in South Louisiana. In over 12 years of business we have dealt with 9/11, Hurricane Katrina, wild elections and many other challenges. But, the people  of Louisiana are extremely strong and resilient and they always move forward."
